In this competition world of Search Engine Ranking is extremely under pressure for the web master to do all they can, to gain visibility in search Result.
For this gain of visibility they did wrong process for their website through which they kicked up and mark as spammed, to be listing in search Engine.
Generally pressures are come from many issue, for example, branding restrictions style guideline, legal issue, navigational needs, etc.
But the fault is the search Engine loves contents and its design upon some rules and constraints. For information purpose’s overcome the strategy and constraints for SE, many business use increasingly ruthless tactics and tune ups which leads to them into dishonest territory to gain visibility and highest rank value: which is against various Search Engine Algorithms.
But what can be done to relief from spammed if you suspect you have been penalized?
Don’t worry first click that you’re caught by spamming and banned or not. If you means for example consider Google.com. If you clearly banned these are couples of things you can do:
1. Open Google.com and check Google Search result.
2. Go to Google site and hit your URL in the search box of Google.
For Example:http://www.expressorissa.com
(Note: Here the domain is unavailable or spammed domain)

Above noticeable that Google say there is no information available for this URL. It means that the URL is no longer exists in Google’s database.

If you getting caught, intentionally spam the engine with any at the above tactics and get caught, you can expect the penalty to be the removal at your links from the engines. Spamming is not worth the temporary benefits.
SE name may way to detect Spamming, including so called Spam filters. So even you get the spam filter a few times, others might report you (Especially you Competitions).

It’s not worth the temporary benefits. It’s a long lasting marketing investment if done by right way, so don’t do any harm to your marketing strategy which will affects to your online business and your online audience and also to the search engine; do it correctly and honestly.
If you caught by the spam filters for a few times, or other your competitor may report you as a spam.

If your site is renamed from SE database, the first thing to do is to clean those pages and send a request for a re-inclusion.
